Vardhman Industries Ltd. is a comprehensive company with analytical research production and exportation. The company has carved its niche in the competitive market in the area of Galvanised Sheets and Galvanised Coils.

Vardhman Industries Ltd. (VIL) manufactures Galvanised Sheets and Galvanised Coils under the brand name of OSWAL, in size range of 0.14 mm to 0.8 mm thickness, and width of up to 1250 mm, conforming to all leading national and international specifications.

VIL's pride is its technically advanced Color Coating Plant, a state-of-art facility capable of matching and surpassing international standards, across a range of applications and systems.

Colour Coated Sheets/Coils
Our product range of Colour Coated Sheets/Coils are:
Pre-painted Galvanized Steel - ASTM 653
Zinc Coating: 120 GSM to 275 GSM (LFQ)
Thickness Range: 0.30 mm to 0.80 mm
Width: 1220 mm or any combination of slit width
Coil Weight: Up to 6 metric tonnes
Coil ID: 508 M
Coating: 5 Micron of Primer, 20 micron of top coat on top side and 5 micron of service coat on back side; Type of Coating: RMP / SMP / SDP / PVDF.

MS ERW Galvanised Pipes (GI Pipes)
From ½" to 3" dia in extra light, light, medium & heavy series in the proportionate wall thickness of 1.5 mm to 4.0 mm as per IS: 1239, BS:1387 and DIN specifications or as per the requirement of the customers.

CR Sheets/Coils
From 0.4 mm to 2.5 mm in width up to 500 mm & in 'D', 'DD', 'EDD' and stamping quality for use in automobile, cycle, stampings and white goods industry.

Precision Tubes/Hollow Sections made out of CR/HR
Coils (RHS/SHS) from ½" to 1-1/2"  OD/19 mm x 19 mm onwards, in the proportionate wall thickness of 0.7 mm to 2.00 mm as per the requirement of the customers in specific length with precise tolerance in length, thickness and OD.

Infrastructure
We are blessed with a well-equipped manufacturing unit with four Cold Rolling Mills, two Galvanized Plants and one Colour Coated Line wherein we are able to produce around 7500 MT per annum. Our  workers are dedicated and very skilled in their work areas and our technocrats are well qualified and keep on updating the technology to provide the customers with the best products.

Our Export Markets
We have already made our presence in the international market and our Galvanised Sheets and Galvanised Coils are well received and used around the globe. We are exporting our products to various countries including South Africa, UAE, Europe, China, Male, Mozambique, Iran, Myanmar, Singapore and USA under the brand name of "OSWAL".
